Returns & Refunds Policy


We offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. All items ship via USPS Mail. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.


You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery
for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the
return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective
product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs. To be
eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on
taste preference.


If your CBD oil order is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will
exchange your item at no additional cost to you.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately. If you have not received a refund within 4 weeks, please first check your bank account then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be
refunded and are final sale.
